These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mutual Ascension Human Design application, website, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”), operated by LineSpotting AB (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Retention Policy.
Data retention summary: We store your account data, birth information, charts, notes, and related content on our servers while your account is active. You may export and back up your data at any time. Deletion of server-held data requires a verified request to [email protected] (or the in-app deletion flow) and is completed within 120 calendar days. See Data Retention and Delete Account.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission.
The Service is available worldwide except in France. You may not use the Service if you are located in France or if applicable law prohibits your use. We may block access from restricted territories.
Mutual Ascension provides Human Design chart calculation, a personal chart library, backup and export tools, sharing features, transit and relationship analysis, and optional paid tiers (Plus, Pro, Analyst). Chart calculations are performed through our chart calculation API. Features may vary by platform and subscription level.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may use limited features without an account. To sync across devices or access paid features, you must register with a valid email address. Authentication may use email magic links (one-time sign-in URLs) and/or email + password (password registration and login are available in the native apps). You are responsible for keeping your email and password secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized access at [email protected].
“User Content” means birth data, names, chart entries, notes, tags, folders, exports, and other material you submit or generate through the Service.
The Service stores your chart library locally on your device in IndexedDB. Local data is under your control and may persist even after you stop using the Service unless you clear browser/app storage or uninstall.
When signed in, we may sync User Content to cloud servers so you can restore data on new devices. Local and cloud copies may differ if you use the Service offline or on multiple devices.
Paid plans auto-renew each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Pricing and features are shown at purchase.
Additional billing terms are in our Subscription Terms. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice where required by law or platform rules.

The Service is for educational and personal insight purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Chart accuracy depends on the birth time and location you supply. AI-generated or interpretive text may be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by LineSpotting AB and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial use only where your Analyst-tier features explicitly permit client work).
Human Design is associated with materials originated by Ra Uru Hu / Jovian Archive. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Jovian Archive unless we state otherwise in writing.
The Service integrates with third parties including Cloudflare, PayPal, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and MailChannels. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal data, including birth data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing as described there.
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions per Section 6. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity after notice where appropriate.
Sections that by nature should survive (data licenses for backups, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINE SPOTTING AB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) EUR 100, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LineSpotting AB from claims arising out of your User Content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
Before formal proceedings, contact [email protected] to attempt informal resolution for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the courts of Sweden, unless you are an EU consumer entitled to bring claims in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, notified by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
